Upgrade for Pre-Elentear X793 DF Wendy

Hi everyone.

Not a major thing, but I think that Pre-Elentear X793 Dragon Force Wendy should be upgraded to the same High 6-A value (17.74 petatons) as Pre-Elentear Base Natsu and Base Erza.

The main reason for this is due to her forcing a casual Kiria to dodge her attack. The fact that a casual Kiria decided to dodge this attack instead of block it (even if she was smiling about it) when she had no issue blocking or powering through most of the attacks from Base Natsu and Erza is kind of hinting that DF Wendy is at least comparable to Base Natsu and Erza (Pre-Elentear, that is).

The fact that she repelled the attack of Skullion in DF (as stated on her current profile) is a supporting feat, because although she did have a type advantage, the power she needed to repel the ash probably had to be at least comparable to Skullion.

If this is accepted, then Wendy's Pre-Elentear Base will likely go up to 4.435 petatons, the likes of God Serena, Gildarts, Dragon Irene, and Battle Mode August will all be 1.774 exatons (because exatons are bestatons), and Nebaru will be upgraded the same way Wendy will be upgraded.

A character dodging an attack doesn't necessarily prove that the attack is as powerful as an attack that the character blocked previously. At least, it's not a solid feat, could be a "likely" feat.

And even then, putting in a "likely" would be so redundant as it's all within the same tier
