Upgrade Deathstroke's Speed

For some reason Deathstroke's speed is only listed at Subsonic+ from scaling off of Batman but, I believe that he should be upgraded up to Supersonic+ considering he has bullet dodging feats(top) and Starfire even says his reaction speed is greater than Kid Flash's(bottom) and he dodges Starbolts consistently

The scan you posted can easily be seen as aim-dodging (plus there is the fact that the gun isn't even in the scene till it is used).

Plus, Kid Flash scaled to Deathstroke? 100% an outlier

Man, Slade is the greatest and one of the first villains of TITANS, he attacks, divert and surprise Kid Flash is something he always did!

Wally was a little dizzy, but that does not diminish the feat, because before being attacked, Slade felt someone was coming.

Supersonic to Hypersonic Deathstroke isn't ridiculous.

Faster than light is absurd. Any occasion in which Deathstroke has tagged the Flash or anyone on his speed level is inconsistent PIS.
