Yeah having an actual machine/computer for brain means a big no to Trackless Step. It is the core weakness mentioned in canon, so it allows no arguing.

Dude "willing to kill" means "if he sees someone struggling he won't hesistate to kill". Ikki almost never kills in canon (he only killed a single person once). And there are people who would avoid killing at all costs. "Standard assumptions apply", but "will kill if need be". That's the difference between "bloodlusted" and "willing to kill". Bloodlusted will start with their best right off the bat, whereas willing to kill is literally just there for the last action of the fight saying "he will kill if needed".
