Since the new tiering system is in effect, Vritra (Unlimited Fafnir) and Mononobe Yuu are in need of downgrades.

To be Low 2-C now requires that 4-D spaces either be provably infinite, or can be safely assumed to be so, or that is of an otherwise non insignificant size, or portrayed as infinitely larger than lower-dimensional objects and spaces.
4-D spaces in Unlimited Fafnir don't meet the requirements thus Vritra's True Form and Yuu with Marduk should be Unknow.

Similarly, this black substance could be transmuted into any arbitrary substance from the three dimensional world.
