Universal+ Mephiles ?

Hello guys.

I have a question here.

I've seen Mephiles' profile here (from Sonic), but he's somehow only 7-B | Small City level ? I believe it's seriously lowballed.

Because, it's known now that Game Sonic the Hedgehog is Universe+ level, because he defeated Erazor Djinn, who was going to rewrite reality (or at least his own world).

And then Mephiles one-shotted Sonic. Shouldn't that make Mephiles 2-C | Universe level+ ? Just wondering. I'm really sure Mephiles should be a lot higher.

That was only with Darkspine Sonic and Alf-Layla-wa-Layla, two transformations that never appear outside of Secret Rings.

Yes, but it does count as one-shotting a Universal. Why shouldn't it ? Even if he displayed it once, Sonic still does remain Universe+, so I really am sure Mephiles should be higher.

It's only a transformation so it doesn't apply.
