I think Flandre can deal with danmaku long enough to blow Sans up pretty easily. I don't think her 'blowing up anything' is really conventionally dodgeable.

I don't see an easy way out for Sans to get past Flan's destruction hax, which, as Prom said, probably isn't dodgable by normal means. Said hax can also be done with the simple squeeze of a hand. Only thing Sans can do is spam teleport, but that'll probably just anger Flan.

So Flan's got my vote.
