Pikachu and Charizard can learn it through TMs i believe but they don't learn it by leveling up.

So i assume Pikachu or Charizard don't know swift during this fight, i think Sans would just soul hax and spam bones/gaster blasters that would just overwhelm Red's Pokemon.

My vote is going to the funny skeleton man, they have no way to counter his soul hax.

After red dies isnt that a win for sans even if all the pokemnon get out and attack sans on their own? Its not summoning since they do it themselves and its outside help right

Iirc Red leads with Pikachu in battle. Pikachu can use moves that increase stats like Double Team which increases the user's evasion by one stage or Agility which increases the user's Speed by two stages. Pika can also use moves like Thunder Wave which has 100% accuracy and paralyzes the target. It also helps that Pika has Type 1 small size so he'll have an easier time dodging. But this is assuming Red even gets to throw out a pokeball

Yeah Sans would probably have a hard time trying to attack Pikachu due to its small size, but if Pikachu uses thunder wave, Sans is basically dead.

imo Red has some good chances of winning here. As said above if Pikachu uses thunder wave, Sans is basically dead. Pikachu can also close distance instantly with quick attack and could possibly get a surprise hit on sans with it. Pikachu also has moves that increase stats like Double Team which increases the user's evasion and Agility which increases the user's Speed. This fight could also be a 3 vs 1 cause Red can just throw out all pokemon at the start, but I don't know if he does that in character.

If he uses them one by one, they'd speed blitz Sans the moment they come out tho since their speeds wouldn't be equalized. They'd need to start already summoned for speed equal to apply to them. But then there's the problem of Sans needing to take on three Pokemon at once I suppose?
