Ultron-Sigma at his strongest was stated to be far stronger then all the heroes, this'd include Ryu with the Satsui no Hado, Thanos with the Satsui no Hado was confident in beating Death and also calling the Time Stone a pebble compared to it's power

I believe this was when Ryu had the Satsui no Hado taken out of him (pause) from Thanos after he whooped Iron Man and Frank as well as Zero, Ryu and Gamora, and shortly after finished constructing some weird gauntlet that let him take said energy from Ryu.
