Excuse me but as I read this, and given the guy already has resistance to existenxe erasure, regenerating faster tha the erasure is not a low godly regen feat because ulforceveedramon was never completely erased to begin with.

Do I make sense? Maybe there is context that Im missing.

Well it is hard to explain seeing as this is something you really don't hear about in fiction. The guy regenerates so fast that even instantaneous deletion/EE cannot even keep up. It's bazarre. It basically is anywhere up to the highest level of Low Godly as he cannot be fully erased, cuz well....he regens too fast. I dunno how that works logically, but this is the same franchise where we have a 2-A baby bug who throws pinecones as an attack.
