The new and improved abilities will be put on a new tabber in the sandbox I made to make it easier to evaluate
General ability addition
Shiva can burn away impurities
Can turn impurities and rebirth them into life
which would be Purification + Life Manipulation (It's at the end of his first key ability list)
For Post Prayers
Starting with the AP. It seems nothing noteworthy happens except that this event happened after What Makes the Sky Blue 000. but nothing noteworthy of scaling except a vague showing of Shiva being far stronger with the power of Prayer and gaining new abilities.As per scaling consistency. Characters cannot scale to Captain alone due to the Captain's power and strength varying between events and often holding back or using a different set of weapons.
With that said the abilities he gained or has improved are.
Power Bestowal (Shiva with prayers can also bestow powers to his fellow Primal Beast not only returning them to full strength but also empowering them further)
Purification (His flame that he offered to Amulet so they may forge a link in their consciousness also managed to purify some of Amulet's mind allowing her to regain some of her sanity)
Resistance to Absorption and Power Absorption (Shiva is capable of resisting Amulet's ability to absorb powers, physical attacks, and magic. His Cleansing fire with prayers is capable of resisting such abilities that it managed to cleanse Amulet and her overflowing powers which allows Lyria to absorb and return Amulet to her senses),
Post-Pashupatastra
Sky-realm Has always been stated countless times by the Narration to be infinite if not boundless or endless and what lies beyond it is the Astral RealmSo, in Conclusion, the space within Sky/Sky-realm is infinite and is created by the Six Fundamental elements that make up reality.
Now Why does Shiva scale to the Infinite Sky?
Shiva fought an Otherworldly being whom he refers to as Asura. Seeing how no matter how many times the Otherworldly being is incinerated it returns and comes back. Otherworlders are capable of regenerating or coming back even after time and concepts are erased along with it as long as there is power to be absorbed from the Otherworld or by becoming a gate.
Seeing as the only way to completely purify it from reality is by rebirth. He destroyed the entirety of the Sky as implied by Vyrn and how time ceases and everything becomes a white void.
With all having been said this qualifies Shiva to complete the erasure of a Sky-realm's timeline although the rebirth makes it seem like it was a dream it definitely happened but only they are cognizant of it.
With that Said Pashupatastra Shiva should scale to low 2-C
Now with Abilities.
Shiva's feat included multiple new abilities. He rarely and never shows Pashupatastra form or uses it so I believe it warrants its key rather than being in base.
- Enhanced Existence Erasure (Shiva's Apocalyptic flame is capable of erasing time and erasing reality in its entirety which is composed of Concepts, History, and Information until there is nothing but a white void)
- Regeneration (High-Godly; Concept Type 2, History, Information Type 2) and Immortality (Type 3,5,8, and 9) Negation (Apocalyptic flames purifying ability is capable of completely expunging any trace of Asura or Otherworldly beings are capable of regenerating or coming back even after time and concepts are erased along with it as long as there is power to be absorbed from the Otherworld through a gate)
- Non-physical interaction (Capable of harming and purifying otherworldly beings and burning reality itself which is composed of Time, Concept, and Information)
- Enhanced Durability Negation (Shiva's Pashupatastra can ignore durability by directly erasing reality rather than the target)
- Light Manipulation (Arrows infused by his power and prayers are capable of turning into light that pierces through the otherworldly being)
- Resistance to Corruption (Types 1 and 2; despite being overwhelmed and within the effect of Otherworldly corruption he is unharmed and can grant Captain power still).
- Enhanced Resistance to Mind Manipulation, Transmutation, Pain Manipulation, and Madness Manipulation (was unaffected by Otherworldly fog which caused Pain, Nausea, Sanity degradation, madness-inducing lament of the dead, and willpower drain which can cause them to transform if they fall to it)
- Enhanced Resistance to Absorption (Even while absorbed into the Coil of Hatred he was able to call down lightning and separate himself from it)

Capable of Encasing Souls in ice preventing them from passing away and remaining frozen and are capable of freezing even Primal Beast Cores even the Primarchs of water
Primal Beast Core also contains all the primal beast's memories, emotions, and thoughts, Fate even their soul wherein destroying it will scatter it thus they cannot recover their form again after de-manifesting without Astral intervention.
And being able to freeze even the Primarchs of water who have control over the concept of water implies resistance to it or capable of negating it
with that said her NPI will be given for her ability.
Her ability can only be overcome with a miracle which is reality-warping and can only be resisted momentarily by Zeus who gave birth to her by using a part of his core.
- Ice Manipulation (Capable of encasing souls in ice preventing them from leaving their frozen body even after death, Can freeze Primal beast cores and encase them in ice causing whatever is inside it to be frozen and unable to escape which negates the ability of the core to regenerate any affliction from the Primal beast's body, can completely freeze someone's soul which is impossible to thaw outside miracle which causes the entity to become unresponsive despite being thawed already)
- Regeneration negation (Mid-Godly) (By freezing someone's soul or cores or concept they prevent it from acting or moving negating the core's ability to regenerate from directly afflicting the concept stored within their core)
- Non-Physical Interaction (Can freeze not only the soul but the concept of the primal beast inside their cores making her freezing power dangerous even for other primal beasts and Primarchs alike)
