All I can say is that Goku has gotten unquantifiably stronger since the tournament of power. As such all I can say is that UIO Goku would probably do better than 3rd UIO ToP Goku, but in the end, he would probably still lose to Jiren.
Same as for Beerus and Broly, who is arguably comparable to UBW Jiren at his peak.

Goku hasn't gotten that much stronger since the ToP
at least not enough to bridge the gap between UIS and MUIS
