Uatu’s AP justification is currently this:

Low Multiverse level (Stated in handbooks to be the equal of Odin and Zeus), possibly Multiverse level+ (The Watchers are somewhat comparable to Celestials, as they have engaged in a millennia-long conflict across every reality)

Ignoring the fact that his 2-C justification doesn’t have any scans, afaik, we don’t use handbooks for Marvel scaling anymore. So Uatu should lose his Low Multiverse level tiering and simply be Multiverse level+ due to scaling to the Celestials.

Someone posted his own feat in another thread where they were fighting with the power of a thousand realities and whatnot. I think that might need to be taken into account.

But I definitely agree that the Odin and Zeus scaling don't hold up.

Here's the guidebook scan for Uatu being relative to Odin (read 2nd paragraph). Though I agree it isn't useable, since Marvel guides are unreliable. So, unless there's any other scan suggesting a 2-C rating, I'm fine with him having 2-A. I believe I remember him having some sort of confrontation with Dormammu, but from what I recall it was Dormammu before any of his amps, and I don't remember the context, but I'll see if I can find it.

Yeah, I remember Uatu’s interaction with Dormammu as well, and it was a very early incarnation of Dormammu. Iirc, it was after he came back after being destroyed in his fight with Eternity.

Well it wouldn't really be an upgrade considering the page is "2-C, possibly 2-A". This thread is suggesting him just being 2-A since the 2-C rating isn't seen as reliable.

Yes, agreed. As I mentioned, I personally don't mind the new rating, but would prefer a bit more community input first.

I think that it was mentioned that The Watchers were outclassed by The Celestials during their war though, so I am not sure.

But classic Celestials were a different breed of power. Currently they might be too inconsistent/weak, but initially they were a powerful race.

Well, initially they could destroy planets, then Tom DeFalco vastly upgraded them, and then they were downgraded a lot again. I am not sure how to tier them.

I definitely agree that the Celestials need to be revised, I was actually thinking about doing that myself after some other revisions.

But for now, it seems universally accepted that Uatu’s 2-C needs to go.
