    Uatu’s AP justification is currently this: Ignoring the fact that his 2-C justification doesn’t have any scans, afaik, we don’t use handbooks for Marvel scaling anymore. So Uatu should lose his Low Multiverse level tiering and simply be Multiverse level+ due to scaling to the Celestials.
