Two hard to kill Bike Riders try to kill eachother

i'd give it to ghost rider due to his ability to destroy souls giving him a way to by pass the low godly of lobo and the fact that he should be in the range of mega foe AP due to the fact that he was stated to be able to beat world war hulk who is around sentry level aka megafoe ap plus type 8 immortality and possible high to low godly regenaration(as he is listed as having "Godlike" Regenerationn, which is superior to characters able to regenerate from a single molecule)

Its more so that unleased ghost rider was stated by strange to be powerful enough to beat world war hulk who was around the level of sentry

Some lighting feats reaching mega foes are here but how the light can be concentrated into one point / line / area / space to cause a meaningful attack is another issue.

And if GR reaches mega foes or even tera foes, we should question if this is an AP stomp.

How is GR's soul hax working and how good is it? (Like how is it different from his pain manipulation? Or is it like Akuma's Raging Demon?)
