At a glance looking at the profile Ultron Sigma seems to only scale to 2 universes while Gogeta scales above 3 (Via being a tier above Omega Shenron)

So that's a big disadvantage already for Ultron Sigma that I already see (Besides the dogshit profile)

I'm not really sure as I'm not familiar with the verse however I guess he could deduce that he'd get one-shot and leave maybe

If I remember correctly in the story mode Ultron-Sigma was really prideful so he would probably try to fight Gogeta.

there's an infinite power gap between destroying 1 space-time continuum and 2, 2 and 3, and so on

which is dumb in my opinion but it is what it is
