I think Godzilla would win, basically he has higher AP/Dura, plus the strength at close range. Is just matter of time before the Gogeta makes a mistake.

Only thing I can see is maybe Gogeta being able to sense the power gap and then leading with SB or IT, because I doubt he's going to throw hands 3 infinites above him.
