Tsunade's regen is useless against Kyoka. She heightens Tsunade's sense of pain and makes her feel intense pain from only so much as breathing. Before long, she'll go mad. She can rob her of her senses as well and leave her like a vegetable.

And also her Reinforcement Magic makes her stats go up each second so before long, she'll be superior to Tsunade.

Kyoka wins 8/10 times.

Upgrade didnt help againt abilities which ignore durability, also by increasing her sense will reduce her tier

Thats true, but also if you go at "tier" pages its also says that its not necessary that always higher tier character will win, also kyoka and tsunade tier is close, and kyoka have hax abilities, one tsunade get hit by them she will be not able to make seal or control her chakra
