Trilopods Tier upgrade.

There was recently a thread that upgraded IDW Godzilla but we forgot to update the Trilopods.

Basically we must turn the Trilopods into At least Country level for the Beta, Alpha and Hybrids.

And At least Country level+ for Maggie.

Unfortunetly I'm extremely busy so if maybe an admin could make the updates it would be good.
