Sounds like a tough call at first sight. I can see speed is equal but Seras still holds an edge in there simply due to having a firearm and having that much distance in her favor. Would be interesting to see how Trevor reacts to gunfire. She's very likely much stronger than he is but his whip can make all the difference if he hits her, though I don't know if it would be insta-kill, does Seras have any regen feats to suggest she could survive it? Even so, I think Trevor is more skilled as a fighter and hand to hand combatant and while Seras is stronger he has fought out of his weight class more than once. I'll be going inconclusive for now, have to give it more thought.

Trevor's Whip implode those people into a mix of ashes/blood, you need Low High to come back from that

If so then it's true, a single whiplash could do the job, though conversely a well placed bullet should kill Trevor too and she has a distance of 50 meters in her favor.

Trevor has the speed to dodge since it is equalized, but it also depends on where the bullet hits him, he has Tolerance to Pain so if it doesn't hit him on a lethal spot, it's not going to stop him that easy
