It doesn't matter if it's not combat applicable, if he has limited Light Manipulation it should be indexed on the profile since this is primarily an indexing site. Just put in brackets that it's not applicable.

Jessie is a thousand times easier to do than Buzz.

Step one: copy and paste Woody's profile

Step two: exchange Woody's photo with one from Jessie

Step three: change name and gender

Step four: change intelligence to average

Boom! new profile.
