Shigaraki sighed in annoyance as yet another Pigman withered away into a lifeless husk in his grasp, the fiery heat of the Neither permeating the gruesome scene. He hated mobs that wouldn't stop spawning! They weren't even bothering anyone until Dabi blasted one while trying to hit a Ghast, then they were everywhere! Tomura mentally went over the level objectives again. They needed three Wither Skulls to make a Wither to kill All Might with. Three dead Wither Skeletons later, and they could clear this level, and their Emergency Exit already managed to kill two. Tomura locked eyes with a lone skeleton shambling towards him with a rusty sword. Yes, he'd do. Tomura lunged forward to engage this level's final boss.

I'd question whether or not it's really productive to disintegrate something you wish to acquire the head of, but oh well.

I'd say inconclusive. The damage of the Wither Skeleton's sword plus the wither effect on top should be enough to deal fatal damage to Tomura over time. But "over time" being the issue, giving plenty of times for Tomura to kill the Wither afterward. This is especially easy to do on a not so bright enemy that only uses melee strikes. In short, Wither Skeleton inflicts a fatal Wither effect on Tomura before dying as well.

btw Tomura's plan is shit. The Wither is probably strong enough to lifewipe the entire verse, with himself being an early victim to it. Silly Toumura.
