I concur with King Tempest. A single smash from All Might has a high chance of flat out breaking through the Bodhisattva. And considering that strikes from Meruem on his unprotected body tore off limbs with ease. A hit from All Might, who even on a fart sniff of OFA is superior to Meruem's AP Wise would probably cripple, if not outright kill Netero.
However that will set off the Rose Bomb, witch will kill All Might. So by that figure, this is a draw because both will die.
I'd say Meruem, or Adult Gon would be a better matchup than this.
