Numbers Weapon 1 Gen Narumi’s starting move is to use his Enhanced RT-0001 which can simultaneously read both of their future before they can even budge and unleash attacks stated to be inescapable or be detected by automatic shields and thanks to durability negation, shoot quite large holes in them (like human-sized holes), which will spontaneously combust into larger wounds.

Kyoichiro tends to typically use his threads, which is barely visible even with enhanced eyesights that can see invisible ink, to incapacitate his opponents by either typing them up or slicing them to pieces to the point of vaporizing them if he wants to. If pushed, he will use Blooming, which can deconstruction everything it touches. He can use it as AoE or shape it into animal to better control it.

Kabuto's first move is to attack remotely via his snakes, and then hide by splitting into multiple snakes and liquifying himself until he goes into Sage Mode which doesn't take very long. Once in Sage Mode he uses a powerful stun move called White Extreme Attack and goes in for the kill. Kabuto also has sound based, layered illusion creation and mind manipulation.
Doc Ock is a pretty straight forward fighter, who tends to attack from a distance via his tentacles rather than go up close.

How many snakes is he splitting into since given a single basic RT-0001 can predict the actions of dozens of targets and Gen has literal dozens of RT-0001, he perceive them all and starts blasting. Not to mention, identify which one is Kabuto based on the difference in their internal structure such as their brains. Additionally, Gen can see the future of his attacks due to Enhanced RT-0001, so he will know if his attacks is successful or not in Kabuto’s death

I will put my vote on April Anime. Between their respective powers as I stated above, Gen and Kyoichiro is more than likely to shut down their oppositions, especially Kabuto, before they can become too dangerous or ward off their powerful attacks due to Gen’s precog warning them well in advance

How good is Gen’s precog?

Gen has multiple precognitions; his precognition in his natural abilities key, RT-0001 and Enhanced RT-0001
- At best, his Base precognition are shown to work on opponents and their attacks which can perception blitz him. His precog potency is comparable to Soshiro Hoshina, whose allows him to hold his own against multiple Kaiju simultaneously that can not only blitz him, but Soshiro’s own speed was rapidly decreasing over time and was fighting for control over his body.
- At best, his RT-0001 (which is found in the W/Numbers Weapon 1 tabber) has been stated multiple times to unleash inescapable attacks and has been described as pseudo-foresight.
- At best, his Enhanced RT-0001 (which is found in the W/Numbers Weapon 1 tabber) allows him to essentially see into the future.

Kabuto also can control the environment and span steel like bones out of the ground. He’s also practically immortal.

Gen precog even before Kabuto forms the motion of the hand-sign required gg
And how immortal is he? Like can he regenerate from being vaporize like this or this (since Kabuto is human-sized, his entire body will be just eviscerated from the latter). There is always Kyoichiro’s Blooming, which can deconstruct him completely as it can deconstruct pure energy attacks
