Welcome to Round 14! This is going to be a big one, thats for damn sure!
Some clarification
Hulk is keeping his Hero Mentality, and Sonic is in Post Imprisonment Key (Base Form Only as well)

Fight takes place in SCP-3008 (The Infinite Ikea. No staff exist)

Ok first, Hulk's Conceptual Manipulation is probably gonna be restricted due to being above high hax. Broly shouldn't be too hard for the Retro Rivals to deal with due to not resisting things such as Mario's many means of transmutation or both Sonic and Mario's respective time stops. Broly will also be in his Super Saiyan (Full Power) key due to SBA and might start going after Hulk due to not being able to control himself.

While Hulk is harder to take down due to his resurrection Retro Rivals has a few ways to deal with it. Sonic negs his combat regen leaving him with only his long-term regen which takes several years. Mario can use the Music Keys to make Hulk happy via Empathic Manipulation and turn him back into Banner. Mario can make a copy of himself which could possess Hulk with Cappy's layered possession and let Sonic seal him in a different dimension with Chaos Control.

Just so you know, I explained before that CM type 1 is more because Hulk's power source is basically a type 1 concept, not that it can destroy type 1 concepts. It would only be a problem if someone tried to absorb or copied his power.

Green Door (Which is High 1-A) make usless Neg Regen, as indicated in the resistance section, when Hulk dies when Green Door activates his Healing factor is reset

Also Hulk Resists BFR related to the negative zone which is High 1-B in nature, so BFR him would be useless

Hulk's multiple consciousnesses will probably crush anyone who tries to possess him, hell Dr. Strange a guy who can affect higher dimensional beings can't possess/enter his mind and Empathic is will dont work, dude resist attempt of of Jean Grey level telepaths one or two time every year

You are right about Broly tho If it were Broly manga, who can control his anger, it would be something else, but we don't have a profile for that Broly.

In any case, what prevents Broly from going from being comparable to completely speedblizt Sonic and Mario in the first 3 seconds? The guy in 2 minutes went from being inferior to Goku and Vegeta's base state to forcing them to use the SSJ God to completely surpass him, and that was Broly Base, in Legendary SSJ his increase must be at a crazy speed

RR can get around Hulk using the Green Door to reset his healing factor by reducing him to dust or something similar, and then he'll still be alive but be forced to regen for years.

Thats why I noted a clone of Mario would have to possess Hulk with Cappy's layered possession first then willingly let himself be sealed away for the BFR to work.

Sonic also has crazy AD, being able to easily overwhelm peeps he's ground on even ground with after a few minutes and can go from Classic Sonic level to Modern Sonic level in a short timeframe. Mario can also weaken Broly to the point where any attacks are capable of one-shooting him with the Power Stars. weakening and shrinking him with lightning, or reducing half his attack and defense with Power Cards. Broly also only gets stronger midst combat so he isn't immediately gonna get an amp to as soon as the fight starts which could allow RR to use things like time stop or Transmutation to take him out early.

I'll also note that Mario can share his invincibility items with Sonic which would amp them both to the point of one-shooting both members of team Green Ikari. Sonic with this amp is especially deadly with his speed amps from his Spin Dash and Boost which he can use to Blitz Green Ikari and quickly one-shot them both, which would take out Broly and force Hulk to revive himself.

Nah hes fine, he has full on mind manip resistance as seen on his Adventure profile.

So after RR takes out Broly and amp AP with items (Which amps from 33.66 gigatons to 2.7 teratons which is around 80x amp iirc) They're just gonna be tossing Hulk around until they K.O him, which Sonic can easily do by charging the Ichikoro Gauge which K.O's comparable peeps in one shot.
