I'm seeing everyone on Universe 10 being 3A right now just because they fought Goku and Vegeta in their Base forms. So, does that mean that literally everyone in Universe 10 is stronger than Skinny Buu (who did more to Base Goku than all of Universe 10 did except for the Trio de Dangers), Ribbrianne, and 18? Not everyone who has fought Base Goku and Base Vegeta is 3A.
