Top/High tiers who are glass cannons? (relative to their own series)

Characters who have vastly weaker durability than high-tier of their verse, but managed to have a spot (acknowledged as) high-tiers because.... for example : never ever get hit, and probably for some reason have much higher AP than their own durability... or maybe they deal damage through pure hax. Maybe if not for their nimbleness/speed (or any other factors beside durability), even one hit from mid-tier (of their verse) can kill them outright.
