If Shinobu's mind hax is instant from the start of the match, yes she stomps both Sara and Misogi (would that passive reach 4km though?).
Though im pretty sure Pucci doesn't have a way around passive mind hax either.

In that case, Pucci has experience with passive site based hax, in fact, he has delt with worse. As he does when dealing with the passive hax of his brother, he observes the people around him, and after observing the effects, removes his own eye sight.

Anyway, looks like HA DIO is going to try to murder a 15 year old boy.

HAD vs Amane you mean? Meh already exists, trust me putting HAD vs people with passive hax won't end well for HAD.

No, the Assassins beat HAD, also Smashor your like super overstating WH40k and Culxeus are not Mary Sues like at all.

The assasin has passive powernull so just coming near hm will kill dio.Also not everyone in warhammer is broken as well only a few characters are.Warhammer does not even that a lot of marry sues pretty much evryone is messed up

I mean, he fought one and it went pretty well for him. HA DIO's causality resistance lets him, well, resist Amane's. Resisting Causality probably means you resist probabability, as well. Meanwhile HA DIO's regen means Amane can't do jack to him (PB Dio didn't give a crap about his head being cut in half, and HA DIO probably would give even less of a crap), and several JoJo characters survive for several seconds without their heart beating, so HA DIO just overwrites his heart so it starts beating again. He definately wins in Speed Unequalized.

Warhammer characters aren't remotely Mary Sue's, they just have very powerful abilities which makes some people salty. People shouldn't care so much in my opinion.

I don't mean Mary Sues in actual personalities. I mean it seems that their abilities were hand crafted to be stupidly overpowered for absolutely no reason.

HAD doesn't resist passive fate hax = gets passively stomped
Causality hax from GER is reversal, while from Amane is ignoring the laws of causality to induce effects. GER rewinds something back, while Amane just induces effect disregarding the need for a cause. HAD resisted the first, not the second, and by mechanics they are WAY too different.

Actually the Culxeus Null is not all powerful and has some glaring weaknesses.

You can say that about literally any powerful series which makes that faulty.
They actually do have a reason to be overpowered. Culexus are meant to tackle Psykers who are overpowered themselves.
Read Warhammer then you'd realize why most things are overpowered. Comparing them to other verses and getting salty about them being able to beat your preferrable character is the issue here.

Exaclty. Warhammer isn't just about Psychic abilties. The only legion where you can say it's annoyingly present is the Thousand Sons.
When the Thousand Son Captain Phosis T'kar was nullified by multiple Sisters of Silence they had a great hand to hand combat battle which resulted in Phosis T'kar slitting her arms and stabbing her in the stomach.

They just nullify abilities. You can still beat them in AP, Speed, Durability, Skill etc.

What is the range of the Culexeus' power null because the 24D beings won't actually be in Central Park with Matoi, they protect her for afar in their own dimension. So do the Culexeus have the range to null them.

Yeah Dio would blitz. Yeah they do destroy souls with a touch and they can destroy the minds of very powerful psykers. The more powerful you are the worse the effect.

Well the mindhax isnt the same for everyone, normal humans just feel uneasy in the presence of a Culexus while someone like Ahriman goes into a coma and might die.
