With D&D 9-B's gone Hatou Manabu can probably take at least spot #5 in 9-B. The match against Cain currently is 3-0 in Hatou's favor, so if nothing changes there Hatou can probably take spot #4 and Cain goes down to #5.

The problems brought up were never fixed, and it is disingenuous to use profiles that are considered questionable in their validity.

For High 1-C, you should likely just put Mother Eater as that's the only 11-D Digimon character. The rest are 10-D.
