BB is above Baseline High 3-A in stats. The mooncell has 1 area of infinite distance which she merged with, and absorbed the Mooncell. She then created her own infinite realm called "Caine space' within the mooncell, and she can add other laws, and rules to it. She can also boost her stats more according to her will since she has the power of the original goddess.
Scaling wise on CCC. Lip has more destructive capacity than BB, but Meltlilith is a hard counter to Passionlip, and Meltlilith was fairly confident that she could defeat BB given enough time.
