Characters with the Evilswarm virus can be a nice place holder for high 4-C in 4th place until revisions are done for other verses.
The virus itself is an abstract concept that passively infects as well as corrupts the body, minds and souls of others (affecting even machines) on multiple civilizations across space and this example not only has the P&A associated of being infected but also absorption/soul manipulation/freezing aura as well as time stop.
Also they're currently number 1 on the non-smurf version of this list.

I heard Enlil and Utu might go kaput since they literally make no actual real appearances or statements in the series besides this one story. And Norwe going bye bye is still being debated

Norwe, and the entirety of Deluge of the abyss might get deleted due to lack of popularity. If you search "Deluge of the abyss" the first two results are gonna be in vs battles and Omniversal battlefield, so I guess its kinda... unpopular.

Yeah, Yogiri himself may be noteworthy mostly on battleboards, but the verse itself is niche, but still notable for isekai's.

If it were up to me, both versus are straight to fc/oc due to suggsverse-like nature. Though Deluge (and maybe, just maybe Instant Death) has better writing and a complex story, they shove their increasingly complex and ridiculous power levels at every point. Though the story may be more important, the nature of both shouldn't be allowed on vsbw. We should uphold a good standard for verses, both of these do not fit.

Deluge doesn't. Like, if anyone would actually check it out, they would see that the real high tier stuff really orbits around two characters, neither of which get much screen time to battle with said high tier powers. Jeffery literally spends most of the story pissing off doing his own thing while Norwe is more just taunts until Jeffery steps up.
