He had say one time that the third personnality of shiki ryougi was Ciel level but, nasu never call Void shiki like that he call her [Shiki Ryougi] and he rectoned it later tho (+ it's impled that this 3rd personnality is shiki after the death of her male personnality since even aoko talked about her being something like a new shiki and this shiki have feat comparable to Ciel)
