im not sure if she has that on Low 5-B Key but if she does then she should probably be in a higher placement

1-B null for Ruphas is only 5-B and above
The Low 5-B's aren't really that hax, i mean Taurus has 1-B null and Dina's abilities are backed by 1-B law, problem is getting those abilities off, which they can't if they die before using them due to passive hax.

1. Yhwach (i assume he still has the almighty and soul crush)
2. Jorgen von Strangle (3A reality warping and Wish Granting)
3. Administrators (Tower of God) (Large Size (type 4), Precognition, power nullification, power absorption, reality warping, limited causality manipulation and Nigh - Omnipresence in their true forms.
4. Tendou Harima (for Earl) (Desperado Powers, Acausality Type 4 which probably beats yhwach if he gets past soul crush)
im pretty sure some of these guys beat Commissioner R

Yeah, there was thread years ago to either downgrade it to 3-A or upgrade it to 1-B because someone made the argument that when it ascends, it treats a 3-D universe as a 1-D object, and then keeps doing this ad infinitum.

could also take 5th strongest High 3-A he has infinite speed, Abstract Existence (type not specified), immortality (type 1 and 8), Non-Corporeal, Precognition, Telekinesis (infinite Lifting Strength), Limitless Stamina, Low Multiversal range, Fate Manipulation, Time Manipulation,Edit: never mind he is getting upgraded to 2C

if your talking about this match it does seem like a stomp since john dosent seem to have anything that could affect NEP Type 2 but i dont know what john can do
