I think Beiloune can have a spot 7-C. I'm pretty sure he can beat Nocturne, but Oersted has Type 1 Abstract Existence, Type 3 Acausality, and a 2-C attack.

I'll make the Nocturne match in a bit but due to what you listed above, yeah, Beiloune can't beat Oersted.
 
Warhammer fantasy has been upgraded from 2-B to borderline Low 1-C.
It's time to say goodbye for 4th strongest in 2-B.
 
Has there been any 2-B that's managed to beat Arceus' for 5th place? I swear if someone says Rimuru despite Arceus stomping him like half-a-million times now
 
It's been becoming 2-B for several months now, and the only idea we have of how strong it is is what certain fans have said. So I'd say wait until the CRT is finished before talking about it.

Don’t worry, for now Rimuru isn’t going to be in Arceus’s ball park. However, when the LN finishes, with an already established 2-A multiverse (off unofficials, grain of salt please), then we can start.

And yeah, it’s still becoming 2-B, however, AP is just the first part of the revisions. They’re getting a lot of hax to go, but gotta finish the former first.
 
Well, Arceus beat Rimuru repeatdly, and incons Shulk. Though, the match where Darkseid inconed Shulk was with optional equipment.
 
Anyway, this is unimportant and unrelated to the Threads topic, take this to FCOC if you want to know something for your fanfic or whatever.
 
I'm pretty sure said Passive 2-A Power Null also prevents the SCP from beating him as well.
