AOC incapping Pennywise, and Pennywise sending new Avatars would be an endless fight, that's why I say is incon. Becouse the stamina from both is limitless.

I mean the moment new avatar appears in battlefield it will get incap instantly because time stops in battlefield,but at this point it will be circular argument so I will not care about this problem or continue it

His plot manipulation is High 1-A; he is 1-A with the horn of maanim. I was the one who suggested he should be 1-A, but Warren wanted him removed because the horn isn't bounded to him and other people can use it. Though I still think he should have still stayed at the top because the Leviathan reportedly gifted the horn to him exclusively to use.

doctor who why? The powers physically affect higher D beings in a way that they lose their power and are so weak that 3-D beings can damage them, they manipulate the entire Higher D realms, possess 11D defenses and weapons that are completely Higher D natures

Why would he? There are other characters who are higher into 1-A than 3812, or have passive hax that work on 1-A+, or have H1A shit.

Affecting geometrically higher dimensional beings is going to just be area of effect/range instead of uncountably infinitely higher potency for hax. Only Affecting beings across reality-fiction differences will stay smurf.

What I mean is that it's not above regular 3-dimensional hax, sorry if I didn't make it clear. Like, assuming it goes through, there wouldn't be a difference between affecting an 11-dimensional being and a human in terms of hax potency.
