Although looking at both their profiles it appears Kevin can’t beat him despite the AP advantage since Golden King has High Godly regen

Watchers definitely get stomped by Warhammer dudes, based on their profiles.

He resists from being superior to a Seele who had very little control of her powers who could alter matter around her for 0.8 seconds at a subatomic level (the only reason she couldn’t alter it longer is because she was sent to another dimension due to her quantum control misfiring)
And needed to be capable of resisting matter and quantum manip on that sub atomic scale to not just flat out die instantly
Regardless Quantum Manip is the highest level of matter manip I’d be inclined to believe
And Kevin is literally laughably far above a stronger Seele in literally every regard when it comes to controlling Honkai energy combat or even intelligence

Her character is very hard to predict , she'll start with her subjective reality turn herself to NEP or trap her opponent in infinite corridor space or teleport to space and lunch projectile from the moon bfr is also one of her options.
