Pretty sure HLW's luck isn't going to save them from at least Akabane Kuroudo and Fable (Steven Universe), and theirs a chance that these two won't even make it to the top 5, hard to tell as the Tournament to decide who would into those spots never reached an end.

technically you can adjust his size so he has the range he wants up to level 1A (2 layers of transcendence) but he is not in peraonage and I doubt he is allowed).

That's a really bad justification for Low Complex Multiversal range, but it indeed is there.
