From what i know from Discussion regarding Wizard 101, they are just 1 above baseline, but the supporter think that having multiple infinite universes is infinite above baseline, while to get infinite above baseline you need infinite amount of multiverses with each multiverses contain infinite universes.

Current 9-As or 9-As in the verse as a whole? Theoretically its some 4e creature since alot of them just have 1-A stuff out the nose. But of the ones we currently have on the site? Probably some Demon Lord like Zuggtmoy, the Lady of Rot.
