Ah I see.

But anyways, yeah i'm questioning Baba's place in this list as well. His tiers seem more like "3-A with prep" rather than innately 3-A, due to it revolving around him having a bunch of rules set up beforehand.

No clue. idk if The Doctor's situation is the same or not. Baba's "prep" key doesn't need to specify prep time in the matches, and always has the same abilities.
 
I cannot imagine why we'd disallow a character's key just because it's labelled as "full prep", when we allow keys with particular objects/powerups a character only has a few times.

Sounds like a real dumb rule and it should be changed.

I'm barely familiar with half a dozen characters on the list, but I assumed that characters like Mera Salami could theoretically land on the list with her "With the Arsene Amulet" key.

I also assumed that Princess Peach's 2-B key would be able to land on the list, despite it being a powerup from one fight in one game.

Are these types of characters actually disqualified???
 
Peach lost to Alien X who is one of the weakest 2-B's.

Although Maybe upgraded Bowser can do it after the revisions

Although then again, eastern light and visual novel characters are extremely broken and would likely take that spot

I don't think that those characters are actually powerful enough to make the list, I just don't think that they're prevented from going on the list.
 
2-B? Arceus can take the 5th spot, but apparently there was quite some competition IIRC, but Mario isn't one of them.

If Horakhty disappears from her spot Fra should get it, as she had that spot before.

Analytical Predictio (He can predict what an opponent will do next by calculating the flow of their blood essences, the shortcomings of their skills, the positions of their Yuan Shen, the weaknesses of their mortal body, their movements, habits and their next points of attack. As if he had gone through the same predicament thousands of times that he knew exactly what to do and where to move in order to evade the skills. Furthermore, he can predict through their personalities, thoughts, and even their instincts from dozens of foes at the same time and calculate the changes and results of hundreds of millions of skills at once)

Absorption (Via Boundless Great Sword Art can absorb any type of energy and use them for himself by transforming them in Sword Qi)

Creation (Via Visualization Art and Psyche, Zhong Yue is able to visualize real Jiao Dragons or just parts of it like its claws, head, legs, skin, muscles, and tail; can visualize the Sui Sovereign into reality; can visualize clothes, material objects; incorporeal things like air/fire/wind and lighting; other beings like the Xiang Dragon and Sui Sovereign)
 
Time Stop & Power Absorption
 
Time Stop may work, Power Absorption won't. It's also Time Stop her first move and if yes, how long its it duration?
 
Why would power absorption not work? He has no resistance.

Time Stop is at least 5 seconds, which at their speed is enough to kill someone several times over.

Edit: Master adapts to what the opponent has. Appraisal is his first move (together with thought acceleration) and then he uses what's most appropiate.
 
It's not that but he fact that he has the Beast God Core Essence within himself which will without a refinement art will transform anyone in a Xiang Dragon rendering her mental capacities to basic animal level.

Zhong Yue It's match 3554.51895, this it's a blitz to ungodly level compared to Supersonic.

His AP and Durability it's also 3.82 times bigger. That being his base without transformation or Xin Huo posseing his body.
 
Then... Master just doesn't have to absorb that core? He can just absorb other parts of his abilities.


I mean, that he wins speed unequal isn't what I debate. Speed equal is the point.

AP is pretty meaningless at this levels of hax. Master has spatial intangibility, so physical attacks are pretty much useless.
 
He can straight attack her soul, if Master comes in contact with Xin Huo then he basically get's instant destroyed.

Xin Huo Soul residing within Zhong Yue has a potency of killing even those at 5-B level Soul Resistance, and for info Xin Huo (Looks like a doll that is only one-inch tall but its actually a flame made by the Sui Sovereign using a Galaxy as a foundation. He is the teacher of all Fuxi who become the successors of the Heavenly Sovereign. Can sense the soul of others, see the hidden quintessence of the world, crush and protect souls, create barriers and posses Zhong Yue to increase his power), Copper Lamp (The Lamp of Xin Huo which was made from an entire galaxy - holds within 310 billion Suns and trillions of stars). He has at least that level of Soul Potency as anything under deity realm will get's instant killed by trying to contend with Zhong Yue on Soul Potency.
 
Spatial intangibility means the souls are in a different dimension, though. He would have to reach them first.

Or for that matter do that before getting time stopped.

Or get the soul attack ability stolen from him.

(And soul abilities don't really depend on AP in terms of power, but since Master doesn't resist soul stuff that isn't very relevant anyway)
