Top 5 Most Skilled Characters for Every Tier

Eternal Champio for High 4-C. He's literally more skilled than 99% of the Empire.

And Baam for 6-C. He has learned every single fighting style of every opponent he has ever fought to a masterful degree, went to every single martial art master and mastered all of their techniques and combined them into one.

I concur with First witch. They are extremely skilled.

Yasuo for Low 2-C and 5-C, something that weekly did not mention is that Yasuo makes tornadoes purely through his sword skill not magic.

Hecarim for High 6-A much like jax he has mastered every weapon as well as tactics and warfare but he is not quite as skilled as jax.

Right, i need to give reasoning for them.

Pray is the greatest Knight in the entire universe, possiply in the history of the Knight Order that dates back centuries since founding. Shes hillarously above Anne, who slam dunked a group of Knights, all with Intel on her, barehanded. While all of them were armed with swords, and attacked her at the same time. Fodder Trainee Knights are prodigys of their respective origin planet from all around the universe and are further honed in combat after years of tutorlage by veteran Knights.

Sion on the other hand was granted the title "Sword Saint". Her skill with the sword gave the words "being one with the sword" a new meaning. Shes so good with it that she can analyze every sword technique down to its concept with a single glance and replicate it as if she did the technique a thousand times already.

Gonna explain some stuff as to why Aleister Crowley probably is number one for 7A:

He's responsible for the creation of and can therefore counter all Western magic, in his 70 years of studying magic he achieved more advancement than the entire advancement of magic several thousand years before that. He's smart and manipulative enough to have manipulated everyone in the world into doing what he wants, including beings like eleven dimensionsal magic gods that can manipualte and understnad things that should be physcially impossible for humans to understand. He has knowledge of and the intelligence to replicate all the tech of academy city, which includes ridiculous stuff like regular walls that are capable of dispersing high 6A energy by analyzing and vibrating in a specific manner. His main form of magic is based around performing gestures so realistically emulating a weapon that they make the target believe it to be real (and then using numerology and voodoo to make their image of it reality), he can, with just gestures, make someone thing they are being hit by a universe destroying bomb.

He's someone who plans ahead so throroughly that he will have plans going to account for pretty much every outcome, and can easily trick and outsmart all manner of geniuses with ease.

Raiden from MK probably needs a spot at 7-B or Low 6-B

He knows 750 varieties of Jujitsu alongside several other martial art styles during his lifespan that lasts many millennia, defeated several champions such as Liu Kang (the finest Shaolin monk who has fought the likes of Shao and Shang Tsung) as well as an early Shinnok during a war that lasted for eons plus he has tutored some of his own champions as well in terms of combat and is a capable life coach (dude made an edgy gay thief into a trained Shaolin by convincing him)

Nilin is heavily teched up. She has a tech that allows her to steal, read, write, overwrite and delete memories. This is pretty standard for her verse (minus the overwrite which is her trademark). The tech also allows for a seamless meshing of mind, tech, memory and the body.

That's what her tech is. As for what it does, she can literally steal the skills of her opponent and integrate them into her own moveset. Her system also ensures that even if its a newly learnt skill, she also steals the opponent's experience and expertise in using those skills, meaning she can use the most complex of newly learnt skills as if she has always known them. The skills can be of any field, but her game obviously focuses on H2H combat so she has added a ton of martial arts styles to her already existing mastery over Capoeira and Savate etc. Her system is also always passively analysing the opponents and the environment, and can use the info gathered to feed her info on when attacks are coming, if there's an environmental hazard in the area etc. This ensures that she can never be hit because she already knows what's coming, and can instinctively dodge even without confirming the source of danger. Her tech ensures that she'll always be more skilled than the enemies she faces.

This is just if she's not using her trademark powers. If she is not committed to wasting time fighting, she can rewrite the memories of her enemies, make them forget their skills, erase their entire memory leaving them with a "Huh?" face etc. Her memory manips are activated via thought.

@Tactical, did she make her own tech? The stuff you described in your first and third paragraph isn't really skill, but making stuff like that would be a great skill feat.

Yeah she did. Mostly.

The tech was already made by her parents, but she improved it tremendously for personal use to the point it doesn't even resemble the tech used by the average memory hunters and veterans can't even understand how to use it. All of whom are geniuses in their own right.

Ikki Kurogane for literally all his tiers. He's so skilled it's stupid. Yes even more skilled than Yujiro i would say. First in all the following tiers (fite me).

The tiers are:

8-C, High 8-C, 8-B, 8-A, Low 7-C and 7-C

Low 6-B Im pretty sure "Characters from High School DxD" takes it. I don't know if the skill of Warframe counts since most of them are puppets while the operator himself is actual trash at fighting.

9-B pretty sure Fiftee can take a spot, same for Ban Midou. Joseph Gustav Newto is no slouch either.

"Characters from Katanagatari for 8-B (tied in 3rd spot). Nanami Yasuri can get a spot in 7-C (below ikki) and 7-A too fairly easily.

Iihiko Shishime for 8-B (2nd spot). Having lived for at least 5000 years and being the strongest hero who saved the world. Seems like a pretty good choice he's the only one from Medaka who has actual skill

Goku should also deserve a spot. Mastered a ton of Martial Arts, can analyze attack pattern after only seeing them once or twice and can seemingly copy most enemy techiniques. He also has over 50 years of experience
I think that's fair, but if we only get to put one DBS character, it should probably either Whiz or the Grand Priest.

Im pretty sure Kenshiro is more skilled than DxD characters
DxD has that age advantage (Sirzechs is at least like 500 years old and they call him a youngster xD, the older people go to like 15k at least). But i can't think of any significant feat of skill. Kenshiro may take it actually.

Experience=/=Skill for starters, and age =/= experience
