Same extent:

Body control: Manipulates all his neurotransmitters to his will which gives him the resistance to paralysis, and can even restart his own heart by skill.

Precog...above ikki...really?: Precog so good he can precog his opponents, thoughts, feelings, attack patterns, what they would do, location etc..via skill. Some more other skills, but they would fall more under his Info Analysis rather than precog as it is more about calculation and reading rather than actually precoging.

Power Mimicry: Copies the entirety of a sword style just by seeing the stance, and by that i mean even secret techniques that have only been used by 1 guy ever (and not by seeing the stance of the guy who did it, but by seeing the stance of his daughter who wasn't that good at the sword style). Has copied every style you can think of including all sword styles, spear, martial arts, marksmanship etc. And can copy not only the art (example karate) but the exact method of how the owner uses it including every swing, the direction, diagonality etc.

Senses: His senses are pretty broken. His ears being capable of noticing thousands of gun shots from a distance at the same time and being able to pin point their exact location from that, feeling every grain of dust touching his skin, making out every strand in stella's hair and in neither of these was he actually trying to do either of these feats. So he wasn't focusing to hear the gunshots, he wasn't focusing to see stella's hair, nor feel the dust on his skin.

Knowledge of fighting: I mean he knows everything and can copy everything. What's there to explain here?

Characters like Swain are able to predict the moves and actions of entire armies worth of people and is able to remain ten steps ahead of them in any given situation, to the point that he can accurately predict exactly when his opponents will realize that he is so far ahead of them so he can account for them changing their battle strategies in an attempt to throw him off. Through this skill he was able to overthrow the largest military power in the world using nothing but himself and a small squad of wounded and exhausted soldiers.

Wukong was able to copy Master Yi's Wuju Style after seeing it once, where to even be considered an adept user of the art required years upon years of intense physical and mental training. Lux is able to copy any spell after she sees it once.

Lee Sin just by listening to the movement and breathing of three men he was able to determine that one a had lung disease, one had a weak heart that would give out in less than a year, and one had an injured spine that forced him to walk slightly more on his left side, and he has echolocation so precise that despite being blind he is able to read words on paper just from the slight sound waves his body makes.

That is strategic prediction. Not combat one. There is a huge difference. That is no different from what Lelouch does in Code Geass, strategic precog. It's different to precog the absolute exact thoughts of someone in the heat of combat. Not the same thing, so sorry i guess.

Yes that's nice and all, Ikki was able to copy them from the stance alone without even seeing it.

And to top it off, that's every skilled character from LoL combined vs Ikki? Ikki is 1 man that can do all these, you can't take ranodom people from the verse and say "since there is a guy that beats ikki in 1 skill then since i have 100 skilled guys that means my verse takes it cus each beats Ikki in something". Ikki has better feats than your entire verse, bring your most skilled guy vs ikki, not 5 different ones.

Being superior in skill is a generalized term. Doesn't mean he's superior to them in every direction.

Ikki is superior in skill to some guy who can snipe from interplanetary range. Doesn't mean that Ikki is a superior sniper, it means his overall skill level is so high it overcompensates for the lack of 1 skill.

So yeah, "being more skilled" doesn't mean having every skill on the verse higher than everyone else, it means the total amount is higher. So he's more skilled than a dude who copied a skill...no big deal, he's more skilled than someone who has good hearing, ok. Both of those are 1 single skill, the dudes performing them, they are skilled for doing this, but by no means anything impressive if they are stuck to 1 direction of skill.
