There's a goddamns amount of WHF novels, almost at the same sizes of WH40K novels. I haven't even finished Horus Heresy yet!

Also I need to read Sigmar novel. I need to stick to human race.

You will probably match them all one by one, they will lose their place anyway unless their supporters come to argue for them.

Of note particular note for Xue Ying is extreme piercing which pierces through space, time, matter, energy and laws
Puella Magi characters just use curses (which are different from the type they resist) and kill them off within their labyrinth through familiar spam, RW, or just the fact that simply being immersed in a witch's curse is bad for you

That won't help here for multiple reasons
1)As a transcendent Xue Ying has full control of his body down to the subatomic level, and can freely control his body's state and shape
2)Transcendent matter isn't regular matter and exists in a "different dimension" compared to regular matter, only being able to be interacted with by transcendent matter, so they would need feats of being to affect a different type of matter altogether
Edit: Also speed equal wouldn't help because extreme piercing is currently rated as SoL (which I disagree with), to Xue Ying's base massively hypersonic speed, so it would be much faster than them both under speed equal, also extreme piercing spawns on you, so it doesn't really matter anyways
 
Meanwhile, Diablo (Web Novel) should be removed from the 1st strongest place in 7B. Even in the 7B key, he is able to control the Law of World that govern reality throughout the entire space-time continuum and resists a powernull that rewrites the Law of World. (I thought these would be in key 6A after his profile was revised, but I realized that despite his Demon Duke evolution, he still hasn't reached the Awakened Demon Lords level for a while)

Would interdimensional range be enough? This is quite the NPI issue though. Would something like Kakine's dark matter qualify?
