Top 15 Strongest Non-Smurfs for Every Tier Continuation 4.0

Mori Dan now has a 6-A key. I believe he could pack up Garou and Luffy/Kaido so unless anyone has any disagreements he could be put above them.

He's generally ridiculously more skilled than Luffy/Kaido (and still a lot more skilled than Garou), has insane AD, passive fear hax, durability negation, etc.

I can if there is any reason for it but if nobody disagrees there's no reason to make a thread that just gets spammed with "X slams" or "X FRA".

That's why I'm kinda asking if there's any disagreements that would make a match thread necessary

Well, you didn't give any reason why he should be above them other than "i think so" which is why I asked about making a thread.

Honkai Impact and ehhhhh Honkai Star Ral is 1-A+ now, place them in the first place of 1-A list, they stomp Goddess of Manifold, also Goddess of Manifold should be removed, the profile is outdated with the tiering from the old system

Goddess apparently should be High 1-A+
 
...I think Pepsiman might be able to pull off a win against sans in speed equalized, given him using Pepsi Summoning to BFR was his first move in the game, and all it takes is him opening his hand.

There's plenty of other factors that could help him in the fight, mainly his 2.3x reactions (dashing allows him to become as fast as his reactions), acrobatics and experience with danmaku and stuff similar to that, also transforming into Stelth Pepsiman would make sans unable to see where he is due to invisibility, allowing the former to get him one shotted. There are other things but these are the more important stuff.

Transcends meta-quality extensions of quality. That is to say, he is beyond things like meta-meta-meta...(ad infinitum)-quality.

My only word for this would be to say he is "Supra-Quality" or similar. Far beyond any accepted High 1-As so far.

Also, not nearly as important, but still funny. He also is beyond infinite dual-states so... basically the most broken transduality on the entire wiki (sans Tier 0s)
So yeah, he stomped Dream the Endless to death.

Question: for the case of a character whose speed is listed as unknown, if a match is made for them to be higher on the list and they win with speed equalization (because they have no known speed so equalization is necessary), are they viable to move up or not?

My Assassination Classroom addiction has returned, and I noticed my goat Korosensei was a bit low on the strongest non-smurf list. Think it's about time we fix that, so let's start.

The main Yozakura guy has agreed that Koro should win pretty solidly, so he can move up whenever OP has the time.
 
Will take a bit to get that high up on the ladder. I'm planning to go through each spot one by one until he loses, which I'm ngl i don't think he will.
 
Gotta defeat the time-stop/reversal bunny next. She got a limit on time reversals/revives, iirc.
