Actually, no. Aethyr exists in all the dimensions of Warhammer, it's the building blocks, that's why Aethyr Manipulation isn't automatically smurf, only stuff under Dhar is.

If a MFTL+ guy is defeated in speed equal by an immortal, the immortal gets the spot at speed equal, if the MFTL+ guy has a fight unequal speed, it would still end incon because he can't kill the immortal.

If we go with a two stage "evaluation", the MFTL+ wouldn't have the spot because he lost in speed equal, even tho spots via incon exist.

I mean, that can be fixed pretty simply.
Just make it so if a character loses in one of the 2 modes they need to outright win in the other to also get the spot.
Like a 1 win 1 loss is a 75% win rate and a loss and an incon is a 25% win rate so obviously the spot only goes to the former character

She existing in the conceptual plane of existence beyond the physical worlds, there are infinite number of worlds in the verse, you can see that on "Divine Selection" part. Unless he has NPI to Concept Type 1, yeah Info Type 2 would be work on her.
