- Victor for #1 in 3-C (Tier 0 Forcefield which resist Durability Negation, can send and seal people in the 2nd Dimension, turn 2-A with High 1-A Durability & NEP Type 3 and becomes High 1-A with Tier 0 Hax when he dies.)
- Lan Mu for #1 in 7-B (Tier 0 Plot & Fate Hax)
- Joshua for #1 in 10-B (Tier 0 Power Mimicry that copies absolutely everything (Speed, Durability, AP, Abilities, Inspiration, Techniques, etc), after he copies enough crap, he gets a one Tier 0 Wish (Reality Warping) and if he somehow dies, he gets killed he gets Tier 0 Invulnerability & High 1-A Durability, and if he somehow dies again, he becomes High 1-A with Tier 0 Hax.)

Mage (WOD) currently only has "unknown" striking strength, meaning i don't believe he's allowed on any of his AP tiers because he isn't physically those levels, he's seemingly only those levels through magic.
He doesn't even have 10-B striking strength despite the fact his 10-B AP tiering is mostly likely through the fact he's physically a regular human, just shows how outdated that profile is ngl.

SRE's own infinite transcendences above those properties (which includes inaccessible spaces, a-inaccessibles, omega-inaccessibles, hyper-inaccessibles, richly-inaccessibles, utterly-inaccessible cardinals, and so on)
If you want a more simple answer, SRE has as many layers into Tier 0 as there are transfinite numbers and all large cardinals from set theory. It's all of math...and infinite layers above.
