Yeah they have it for possibly wall level+ characters they scaling with sano manjiro, who got possibly Wall level+ for his Attack Potency and Durability

Only 4 characters deserve the bump. Mikey already has it, Taiju Shiba also should be bumped since it is his statement feat thats as accepted and he actually knocked Mikey out before. South because he could damage berserk Dark Impulse Mikey and Takemichi for the same reasons as Terano South. Everyone else is too weak right now

I forgot to mention Senju since she was able to knock dark impulse south to the ground after using accelerated development. Izana should get "possibly" too since he is viewed as Taiju's superior in influence and in combat
