I'm sorry if I bothered anyone by being the person to go "ACTUALLY....", but... you're kinda wrong.
In the mainline games, the only places with Wild Mewtwo AND other Wild Pokemon are Ultra Space Wilds, Max Lairs, & Cerulean Cave. Cerulean Cave, though?
Not only is Cerulean Cave surprisingly biodiverse, but you couldn't actually FIND Zubat in it!
(Except in the Gen 7 Let's Go games, & at 5 or 10% rates, depending on floors.)
There ARE Golbat in there, though, but they're usually only 40% anywhere but floor 1 unless it's night (& in Gen 1, separate encounters for Golbat with & without variable levels give them a 65% chance to appear on Floor 1.), so....
Well, I guess it's more or less a coin flip, usually, whether or not a swarm of even worse bats find him & suck out all his blood.
But he could also get Assaulted by Arbok, sent reeling by Raichu, slashed by Sandslash, poisoned by Gloom, preyed on by Parasect, bothered by Venomoth, killed ny Kadabra, whipped by Weepinbell, ground up by Graveler, massacred by Magneton, destroyed by Dodrio, hypnotized by Hypno or.... duplicated by Ditto? (Okay, Ditto's not really a threat, since it's often a worse version of its opponent.)

....But all those Pokemon are just on the first floor of Cerulean Cave, & it's not even for surfing or fishing encounters.
So maybe being swarmed by Zubats isn't the worst possible death for Peter Parker if he decides to seek out Mewtwo, lol. (At the very least because the Golbats are actually more common than Zubats there.)
They can suck down over 10 ounces of blood in one go. They have been known to drink so much blood that they can no longer fly.

Mori Jin: Mori isn't secluded so he'll be easy to get to. He'll also probably accept it wholeheartedly.
Rimuru Tempest: While he'll be difficult to reach what with Rimuru's servants and all if Peter can make it to Rimuru I'm sure he'd eat it.
Ragna the Bloodedge: It's hard to tell how hard he'll be to get to since he doesn't really live in any specific place, but the chances of Ragna actually accepting it aren't high but they also aren't low I guess.
The Terrarian: Peter gets bombarded by demonic eyes, Skeleton giants, Celestial meteorites, pretty much everything I have loaded into the world I'm currently playing in since The Terrarian lives in a customizable game world.
Rimuru Tempest: While he'll be difficult to reach what with Rimuru's servants and all if Peter can make it to Rimuru I'm sure he'd eat it.

Aizen: assuming he can get into the afterlife, no soul resist he crumbles, aizen cant even pay him cause hes restrained or eat the pizza cause his energy disintegrates everything close.
Adell: ? Random mobs/bandits would probably speedblitz and kill him on the way there
Settra: if he can handle the extreme desert heat, get past constructs that petrify guarding the borders, random undead roaming and tomb king armys fighting then yes i think

Satoru Gojo: Gojo would be more likely to go get pizza himself. If not, I'm not sure whether the Academy receives deliveries. It probably has barriers to keep people out but Gojo would totally lower it for pizza.
Rengoku: It would be a trip seeing him try to ride to the Hashira headquarters.
Erynis "Ryn": Could deliver to her adoptive parents, but she might not eat it depending on how the ingredients were obtained. She'd probably rather go out and hunt a pizza monster of some sort.

Dante (DMC): He literally loves pizza and basically only eats that, so absolutely no problem for hum to deliver at his shop
Alucard (Castlevania): Very unlikely, if Alucard isn't on a coffin sleeping for centuries, he will be a serious guy who very likely only drinks blood/healthy-classy food
