Where does it come from? If i'm not mistaken he was rated that because he could rearrange stars, but as we know based on profiles such as popeye and disney zeus, doing that only gives you an AP equivalent to multiplying the suns GBE for the number of stars moved.

If that's the only reason for him to be rated that, shouldn't he be downgraded?

There was a big hoohaa about how we treat ftl movement of celestial bodies like this since it's multiple solar systems it affects

Unfortunately I do not remember how the discussion went beyond that

You mean every star in the universe? because if it's limited to the milky way it would only be be 4-B

I believe it was settled as if you can affect multiple celestial bodies that have multiple solar systems its treated as multi solar system instead of solar system level.

I dont know where the thread was for this now though

There where multiple changes to the ruling.

I basically suggested Solar System level for moving 4548 stars before the discussions happened.

Later there was a discussion in with it was decided that it is Multi-Solar System level and then there was a discussion again where it was changed back to my original suggestion.

I think we just forgot changing the AP back to solar system level after the second debate.
