Both 2-C.

Both are at their peak. Speed is equalized. (Unless Pucci's stand overrides that condition?) Both get an hour of prep time. Both are in-character.

It shouldn't matter where they fight, but the battlefield is a large concrete platform.

Pucci... can't do anything tough.

Chara just nukes all nearby time lines by slashing at him and that's it.

If he uses his power (assuming he can since Chara and Frisk can stop even Asriel from resetting), Chara resists and destroys everything again.

Are we also ignoring how Chara would just...tank it? It's hundreds of timelines to baseline Low 2-C. Somebody get a mod to nuke this thing.

tbf Pucci's AP can go up to 3-A due to kinetic energy increasing with the acceleration, he could flick a universal pebble eventually, but, that aint gonna do anything in this match, at all. Given the tier difference.

He isn't breaching an uncountably infinite power difference followed by another unquantifable one anytime soon, that's for sure.

I said that tho.
