Time Pun- Time Breaker Bardock VS Silver the Hedgehog

Mira is borderline 2-B when he has his limiters off. Bardock scales to Base Mira, who he used the full power of his base to fight against. In other words, he isn't that much weaker than limiters off Mira, which is why he's almost 2-B.
 
It probably should have.

Although it won't change much, I honestly think Silver would win here. In his battle against Enerjak, he showed that he can exert his telekinesis on energy as well. Keep away works to Bardock's disadvantage, as any ki attacks can simply be thrown back at him. This helps Silver bypass the AP advantage Bardock seems to possess. Not to mention that Silver can literally throw him away with telekinesis, and induce vertigo on him in the event that he does get to close. Bardock doesn't really have the proper tools to close the distance here, only really having flight, ki, and precognition that distracts as opposed to helps. He won't have a proper opportunity to get close, to use his superior CQC.
 
Just to mention also, Silver (canon) is not so different from Silver (Archie comics) by taking on some powers, he can do against Bardock the same thing he did against Enerjak, to counter his energy attacks using Telekinesis and Super Silver also should have access to the abilities of other Chaos Energy Wielders like Super Sonic and Super Shadow, who are able to perform Teleportation, attack with distortions in space-time, BFR foes outside of space-time, all that jazz. Super Silver also has Hax on its side.

I vote for Super Silver because of Hax
 
Kinda a moot point to vote, but it is worth mentioning that what the people mentioned above are correct.

Both Silvers behave near-identical to the other, and Silver only gets close so he can fling the person away instead. Not to mention the AP difference wont matter if Silver launches Bardock's no blasts right back at him using his Shield of Light. Silver also seems to prefer avoiding hand-to-hand, only using it against Shadow in frustratuon/desperation near the end of their fight. In this fight, Silver probably won't even reach that point.

On a side note, while it doesn't really help AP wise, Solaris was seemingly a deity who "casually eats timelines for lunch" as observed by Eggman, or something along those lines when you're fighting Solaris. Doesn't help much, but nothing to shrug at either.

Kinda sad Sonic characters haven't beaten a single Dragon Ball character
