Seems like an interesting matchup. Both can amplify their speed to blitzing levels through time-based shenanigans. I'm wary of time stop although since I'm starting him in base I assume he doesn't have immediate access to it. Both also have one-shot methods of winning via BFR and nerve necrosis.

Time Havoc starts in his base form, 7-B. Speed is =. Battle takes place in Fuyuki City at night.

Assassin (EMIYA) - 3 (Schnee, Velox, Cal)

Time Havoc -

Incon -

Assassin EMIYA Hooded
Timehavocrender

So what's stopping Emiya from using PC and either shoot him with an Origin bullet or stab him with his knives which apparently have the same effect. Also since this is base form he has no healing yet so delivering a fatal blow unaware even without his Origin might still work..

He might be able to use Time slow the moment Assassin decides to attack, but Assasin can counter it with his own Time manipulation.

From the way I see it Assassin can win if he kills early on with a cobination of PC, Time Alter and and his Origin but harder if Havoc manages to survive. Because Havoc can use Portals to BFR and also Assassin would most likely lose if Havoc transforms due to Time stop.

Probably not but EMIYA becomes visible as soon as he attacks so right before attacking Time Havoc can open a portal to escape or open one in front of the attack essentially redirecting it or BFRing EMIYA completely (if he goes all the way through).

How will he react to someone immediately appearing directly behind him blowing his brains out when he has no idea he's coming before hand?

Putting a portal right underneath either himself or EMIYA. If he puts it under himself then he falls and gets saved, if under EMIYA then EMIYA has to counter that or gets BFR'd.

He's not seeing Emiya and getting a portal off before a bullet flies into his head.

Emiya shooting from behind is much faster then activating a portal.

Especially if Emiya is actively using Chronos Rose

Speed is Equal, but he can amp himself significantly to the point of easily speedblitzing and getting multiple slashes on people comparable or faster then him

There's a big difference between seeing your opponent and seeing them disappear and getting shot without even knowing your opponent existed.

Emiya is again, much faster then said opponent anyway via chronos rose

You're wrong on multiple accounts here:

1. Time Havoc knows of EMIYA's existence just as EMIYA knows of Time Havoc's existence. That's how these matches work.

2. EMIYA starts at a MUCH farther distance than the other guy. That means Time Havoc sees EMIYA go invisible at a long distance, gets on his guard and has MUCH more time to react as opposed to instant teleportation which Time Havoc has zero time to prepare for.

3. Much faster yet Time Havoc can slow time as well and is going to be ready for an attack. It's not going to kill him. Besides opening portals via thought is faster when EMIYA let's his prescece be seen as soon as he starts to attack.

1. He has no idea where he is because of PC, he can't see him or know he's there, you have never looked at a king hassan match if you think that's how it works.

2. He is passively invisible. He doesn't need activation for it. And again, Emiya blitzes regardless.

3. He doesn't know he's there so he doesn't bother doing so or even where to attack

1. He's still got the mentality of being in a fight as per SBA therefore EMIYA still has to travel to Time Havoc who is always on edge. Time Havoc will still be expecting some sort of an attack.

2. Passive? How does his Time Slow work? Because Time Havoc's time slow is thought based so I'm trying to determine which is faster in activation. Also how close can EMIYA get before his PC drops? Because the profile says as soon as he begins to attack, which can be like 5 feet away since he's going to attempt to shoot first which gives Time Havoc an opening.

3. Time Havoc has to know he's going to be in a fight such as EMIYA knows he's going to be in a fight. It does not make sense to give one an advantage, that's clearly unfair in terms of verses debates. Both opponents are on equal footing in knowledge and goal.

1. No he doesn't, because he does not know he's in a fight as he can't see his opponent.

2. He is always invisible until he attacks

He time slows by thinking.

As close as he wants, he needs to attack in order for it to go down.

3. Emiya can see Time Havoc, same can't be said for vice verse

"Both opponents are on equal footing on knowledge"

Until they have an ability that takes away said knowledge

And even if he did know he was in a fight, so what? He has no idea where he is and thus can't attack him

I don't agree that Time Havoc wouldn't know he's in a fight. That makes no sense whatsoever. If he knows then he'll be able to react to an attack last second as I showed above. If Time Havoc hits EMIYA once with time slow then it's completely over. Did you see how slow it made the other guy? I don't know how high EMIYA amps his own speed but I'd go with it being completely canceled out with how slow he'll be in comparison.

No ones saying he won't know he's in a fight were saying he would t know where his target is due to pc

How does Time Havoc cancel out his time slow when he's already vastly slower then Emiya?

He can't react to his attack if an invisible servants activates his amp and is blitzing him left and right

Yeah that's what he was saying. That Time Havoc wouldn't know if his opponent's existence means he wouldn't know he's in a fight.

@Schnee Time Havoc activates it vía thought though. Or are you telling me that EMIYA will be so much faster that Time Havoc won't even be able to develop a thought?

He knows he's in a fight, but where and when is the fight are questions he has no answer to until Kiritsugu decides to shoot him.

@Nico The person that randomly shows up out of nowhere shooting you who happens to be much faster then you, makes more sense they attack first yes

I'm prety sure Kiritsugu would be more likely to open with time-based skills than Havoc looking at fights with both in them.

Does Emiya make sounds while invisible? Because if he makes even the faintest sound directed at him Time Havoc will react to it by time-slowing.

And how exactly is this fair if he can't be heard nor seen up until he has already won the fight? This can't be added.

Kiritsugu's PC isn't that good from what I'm aware of. Actually ignore me. Kerry should still be in line of sight before PC activates.

This is more just Kerry using his time based abilities before Havoc does.

If Time Havoc uses his abilities first, he has a chance of winning, hence this isn't a stomp.

He has a clear line of sight on Kerry and can open a portal at the start of the match if he chooses. It's just Kerry using his powers before Havoc does more often.
